Build a Master Activity Plan (M.A.P.)

Build a training curriculum of all the tasks, skills and knowledge a person needs to learn in order to do a particular job.  We call it a M.A.P.  (Master Activity Plan).  If you already have a curriculum, the M.A.P. will help to optimize your training activities.  The Master Activity Plan (M.A.P.) becomes your training roadmap.
