Since 1982, Expert OJT® has been a leader in structured on-the-job training and job aid development. Created by Dr. Jeffrey J. Nelson, the Expert OJT® System has been widely used throughout the world by virtually every type of organization.  Jeff is a nationally recognized trainer with over 40 years of experience in creating job aids and conducting on-the-job training.

He is co-founder and member for life of the National Society of Performance and Instruction (NSPI / ISPI), Tidewater Chapter.
